Mad Mudder 2011!!

Chris and I were joined by Will, Ryan and Drew for our first ever Mad Mudder race. After putting a lot of thought and effort into our costumes, we ventured to Marshall Mountain for the 6k race, littered with military obstacles.

We tip-toed through tires, swung across monkey bars, dodged a raging sasquatch, flew over hurdles, hiked over walls, and finally jumped into a huge mud pit and slip-and-slide at the finish line.

All in all the race was a blast (despite being WAY more difficult than I had anticipated-we ran UP the MOUNTAIN. UP. THE. MOUNTAIN.) and we're already planning for next year's race!!
