Inside Out

Wonderful weather, superb day!
Took my first lot of medication and waited for things to happen ... nothing did Hooray!
Spent the day laughing with a friend and later spent some time with Henry and Archie and Abigail.
Came home had Shepherds Pie that Shy had cooked ...
Uploading now because my new system of tagging means I can't find the bluddy blip except by elaborate time consuming means ..so I couldn't be bothered to go thru all that again...


Just going to watch Eastenders and will be back to comment...
