Gourmet in Greenwood
L and I went with some friends to a class at the Viking Cooking School. The class was based on recipes from famous steakhouses around the US.
Menu included bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp, peppercorn steak salad, 22 oz bone-in ribeye (yes 22 oz per person), and chocolate cake. Oh and did I mention an endless supply of wine? Needless to say we had a great time...
