Shopafrolicks!

Had (another) party this evening - a fund raiser for two schools. A lady arrived at 6pm with a wee car stuffed with boxes and bags. Within an hour she had my dining room looking like Aladdin's Cave - in a good way. A veritable Emporium!

Called Shopafrolicks, she sells gorgeous bags, scarves, jewellery, candles, posh nail files, purses and handbag hangers. Such a lot of stuff and really lovely quality.

Susan had helped me make coronation chicken and sausage rolls (not made these for years!), salad skewers and get the drinks ready in cool boxes of ice.

It was a great night. A few folk called off but actually that just gave the rest of us room to shop. We all ended up by the fire, chatting and having such a laugh.

As usual I had all my candles on - this is one of my favourites!

We made £120 for the schools - very pleased.
