Behind the scene

As mentioned yesterday, we started eating at 10h30. So we finished after midnight, thus enabling me to take today's picture just a couple of hours after yesterday's.

After the meal we were offered a visit to the kitchen. One of the cooks seems happy that the restaurant is almost empty.

Mr. Jobin, The Holy Man, was the organizer and he chose this particular restaurant because his son is the chef. Unfortunately I didn't get to take his picture.
