(Psycho) Killer of a Saturday

Recently things have been kinda miserable for me what with trying to save my job & being constantly ill. So when days like today come round I love them even more.

This morning saw the beginning of my Shewin n Bletherin meet up. Helen & Gil from the Royal School of Needlework also held an open day so between us we had people popping in all day to say hello. Didn't get any sewing done but boy were there a lot of blethering & friendships made.

From there a few of us moved on for a wee drink before I headed to the City Halls.

The BBC SSO's string section performed the score to Hitchcock's Psycho while the film played on a large screen above them. There was one technical hiccup when the film broke down but the orchestra didn't miss a beat.
