Last minute shopping dash resulted in my bumping into this fellow

My local town centre had all these tents up with live baking flower shows and veg compition winners! Was a really pleasent surprise if i'm honest...

Then a little further back the owl sanctuary had some of their fab bird posing for pics (donation was required and gladly given to do so) couldn't really get a better pic as i was using my mobile and dang this one has NO zoom plus all the kids were pushin to get to the peremiter to get a better look plus stroke the one being handled!

There was one i wish i could'av got a pic of! Was super tiny (was fully grown) and the handler was allowing some of the braver youngsters to put on the glove amd have a hold! Never seen children so fascinated at something other than a pc/tv/games screen
