My Life Is Not Average

I believe in a thing called love!

Relaxed morning in the flat, watched the end of the Ireland v. Australia rugby game with my flatmate Nicola while eating breakfast.

In the afternoon I went to the Edinburgh Revelation Rock-Gospel Choir freshers' rehearsal (even though I'm not a fresher) to see what it's like. Several of my friends are in the choir, it doesn't audition, and I would quite like to do something else other than uni and church and CU. We did some breathing and singing warm-ups before learning a version of Amazing Grace, As I went down in the river to pray, and I believe in a thing called love. Thinking of going along regularly, as long as I have the time.

This evening we discovered we can in fact open our kitchen window (just as well as the flat was filled with smoke from food remains in the bottom of the oven) and Charity has gone to watch her friend do belly-dancing!
