Against all odds

Apologies for not commenting on other blips tonight - feel rough as a badgers backside so am going to bed and will catch up tomorrow.

But before I turn in;

We took Callum to Liverpool Uni today - I must confess to being a little jealous, but in a good way.

Callum was told he was dyslexic in early school years, but today he was in Uni Halls and in just over a week he'll be starting his first day studying Creative Writing. No-one deserves it more or has worked harder.

I have no doubt that he'll be successful in everything he does, because he has the attitude to be, regardless of what anyone tells him.

I think he'll dedicate his first best seller to the teacher who said not to expect too much from him.
