A bit of pond without cygnets.

What a beautiful day it's been - far too nice to be stuck indoors, but work is manic as usual. Got some good news from flick this afternoon which made my day much better.

After work I went down to the pond to see if the cygnets have hatched, but no joy there - the mother was doggedley sitting on the nest, and no sign of any little crirtters yet. I did contemplate showing Orchid's and Johnny Boy's blips to the mother-to-be, just to chivvy her along, but I didn't want to get too close, so I just took a picture of the water.

I'll check again tomorrow.
