Who put the lights out?

I popped in to work today with LadyWL. She was going to show me around. We had barely sat down when all the lights went off & the computers etc whirled to a stand still.

Luckily, the phones were still working! Someone made a phone call & found out it would take an hour to fix the power.

People didn't know what to do - couldn't type, couldn't photocopy or even make a cup of tea!! Luckily, I had my water.
