NEXT STEP!

I did a little changes to my poem! I wrote this poem because my friend's death got me by surprise! That day I was thinking that I needed to enjoy my life, because I will never know when is going to be my last day! By the way his roses are dying just like he did (he died Sep-7)!

ENJOY
I am going to enjoy this day
As if it was the last day of my innocence!
Like if it was the last day the sun will shine on me
As if it was the last time the clouds are going to move around me
Like if it was the last time I could enjoyed the smell of the sea

I am going to enjoy this day
Before the sky turns gray
Before the land ceases to produce
Before your eyes no longer shine
Before your smile becomes bitterness
Before the water loses its sweetness

I am going to kiss you today
before my lips lose it tenderness
I am going to hug you today
before my arms loses its strength
I am going to pray today
As if it was the last day I am visiting heaven
I am going to enjoy this day
like there will be no more sunsets
I am going to enjoy this day
As if it was my last day
and I am going to enjoy it with you!
