I turned 32 today, still quite shocked by 30 don't know when the other 2 happened. Spent the day on a sort out clean up mission followed by hoop then capeira, seemed like a good idea to make up for recent inactiveness all in one go. definitely can't walk tomorrow. Was totally worth it!
