bumpy paper

We decided, as we don?t have the time to strip the walls then fix the walls then paper / paint etc. we would go over the existing paper.

I did test the paint would cover and not flake off. I also tried a bit of paper to make sure it would not fall off too.

I have been working more and more so got a friend to do the papering of the one wall. There are loads and loads of bubbles and bad patches. I think it's due to the paper absorbing any of the past. Letts see how it goes over the next few days it may come good.
