Blackford Hill....

Had a good day at work. Lots of catching up, followed by lots of fresh air.

Blackford Hill (hardly any wind and quite warm), followed by Blackford Pond to feed the ducks. Nice.

Hope the weather stays like this for a while.

Oh, and apparently if you consume your own body weight in Vitamin C and echinacea, it really helps with a cold!
