Squaring up

It's been another rather hectic day of meetings (including another 3 hours in the hated 'basement of doom'...) but I also spent a little while at the Town Hall so I took the opportunity to snap this shot from the balcony, overlooking Castle Street.

I'm not sure whether the netting is there to prevent birds flying in (or depositing their guano) or to prevent our elected members from jumping out but it does add a certain je ne sais quoi to the view I suppose. It reminds me of a squared up canvas.
