I woke with a splitting headache this morning, not sure if it's caused from being on the computer too much yesterday right up until bedtime, or because, I've recently cut cheese out of my diet to help lower my cholesterol, but then yesterday I had a few slices with some fresh crusty bread for lunch. So this morning I've been drinking water trying to help ease the pain!

Perhaps a long walk in some fresh air this afternoon will help too, so that's on the cards for later.
