Bread and butter pudding in the making

This b&b pudding recipe is the best ever. I learnt it from a Chef about 10 years ago. He used to be a pastry chef in a michelin starred kitchen and taught me so many things. Actually he inspired me to find the love for cooking again and if I hadn't worked with him I wouldn't be cooking the way I do now. He also taught me about finding mushrooms. He is now in charge of a catering college and that's absolutely brilliant. We need chefs like him to teach the next generation of chefs so we get some proper skill into the kitchens. So, here's to you Chef J!
