Bakewell
My friend Kath, whom I am staying with, is on the British Team that are going to the European Heelwork To Music Championships next month, so this morning she (and the others from Team GB) had an appointment with a photographer from a Derbyshire paper. They met him at the training hall, where we also have been training whilst we have been here, so Helle and I trained dogs whilst they had their photos taken and when they were done, Kath came and joined us and trained her dogs too.
It is great to train together as you get new ideas and new views on what you are doing.
When all dogs had been trained, we went to Bakewell, at beautiful little town, which apparently is known for it's puddings! It was a lovely place and we saw the church, which I loved. So peacefull and the churchyard with all the old tombstone made me think of the lives those people have been living...
In the evening we went to visit Karen, another dog dancing friend, who is also on Team GB for the European Championships.
Today's picture is Helle training Doggie. She is outside the hall as she wanted to throw the ball as far as possible when rewarding.
