Ballet sneakers & roses! Some of the gifts I got for Mothers Day. I've added a little b&w photo of my mom - the photo must be older than me! Unfortunately she is not with us anymore. Mr Snippets mother, top right. Remarkable women.

Had home-made chocolate cake, made by mother-in-law and a wonderful visit with them this afternoon.

We never know the love of the parent until we become parents ourselves!
