Zazen hands

Today started very early! Awake at 5am. Why am I awake so early? As far as I know nothing is worrying me. I don't feel stressed! Work went well. I've got loads of SEN reports and analysis done.

My assembly went really well -did the warm fuzzies and the cold pricklies. Kids thought it was great, especially my sad attempt at acting out the story. I made sure no other staff stayed in so as not to be embarrassed! Phew when it was over. After 17 years, you'd think I'd be fine with it. Just when it's a new combination of kids, you don't know if any will kick off. Kept them to the end thank goodness.

SEN staff meeting went well too. I hope it was useful. But who knows? Will have to do some monitoring to see if they were really listening!

Had to do a quick photo as I wanted to go to Zumba tonight (on a school night too)! John (wildthingsma) is a Zen Buddhist priest and leads a Zazen meditation group on Wednesday nights so I thought this was the perfect chance to get a blip.
