Bono eat your heart out!

So that's it - the operation has been done and I am now glassesless, well except at night for the next seven days as I have to wear these lovely fashion items to stop myself from scratching my eyes.

I'll be writing my blog about the experience on Thursday night once my Mum has gone home to Manchester (thanks for looking after me and I'm sure I'll find the things in my kitchen eventually) but the short story is operation took 25 minutes from walking in the shop to walking out again. There's hardly any pain and I can see really well just two hours after the operation.
