Proud and Pleated

I have used two of the smaller onions already!!! One for a broccoli and Stilton soup and the other for a pasta bake; both were potent and I diced them at super speed to avoid crying.
I have 6 left and I'm going to hang them at the top of the cellar, ready for use.
