A Fire In the Neighborhood

I went to visit a client who is having no luck getting her landlord to make repairs to her mobile home. Her place was terrible, but she still feels lucky, because the other two mobile homes across the dusty parking area, burned up a couple of weeks ago. She and her child escaped with their lives and somehow the fire spared her dwelling.
