Fast clouds

On my way home this afternoon I called in at the lake to see how many of the trees were starting to turn and to grab a few shots down the grassy hillside and across the lake.

Light was washing over the hillside in waves as fast moving clouds passed their shadows quickly along the ground creating areas of dark and light. It looked good when a dull scene is suddenly illuminated by all the flowers suddenly glowing.

Its a pleasant spot. You get the zig zag of the oath down through the flowers, the zig zagging bridge over the lake then a curve back up and around past the boat house up to a playground and another parking lot.
