When life gives you lemons . . invite a few friends round put twice as many tall glasses as there are people in the freezer.
Make gin and tonic all round. (easy on the tonic )
Two glasses per person means that the drink is always v cold and perfect.
For that extra little zing just quickly wipe the rim of the glass all round with the lemon.
