Extra Training

It was Bank Holiday, but the kids wanted to do a bit of extra rugby training. The season is only 4 weeks away and they are chomping at the bit!

My eldest giving it all hes got on the tackle bag! He's only 8 but he hits like an 18 year old! Thats my boy ;)
