Coventry Nail Surgery!

Chiropractors in the morning .... still stiff all down my left side after my twisted ankle a year ago!

Work ... and stay late to welcome the NT cast of Pitman Painters to the theatre with a post show drink. It's a good show so a good start to the season.

Nip into town at lunchtime to get my glasses fixed ... so glad I took out insurance, but its 7 - 10 days before I get them back which will be a pain. Snap these two in the nail bar on my way back to work. It's funny how nails being done can look so serious!

Janthi's staying and its late and she's not arrived back from London yet plus I have an early start so need to get to bed now.

Starting to get my head around Weight Watchers ... hopefully!
