Zen stones...
... as spotted in a local garden centre, where my mate Rosemary took me for a little trip out. She was researching a garden project she has to disguise a huge new neighbouring back wall, and to block the newly-exposed front view after the same neighbours turned their landscaped front garden into a car park. The tail-end of hurricane Katia had blown over many of the trees and shrubs for sale, so while she tutted over the "poor things" and picked them up I had a little wander around looking for a blip. Tempted by a display of posh walking sticks with flowers on until I saw the price tag - £50 - and refused on principle the display of cards and decorations for the big C (sorry to mention it over 3 months ahead). Plenty of flowers (duh - garden centre) but I'm not much of a flowers/kittens/babies type of blipper. The day was saved by a shelf full of bags of Zen Stones... er, what? They looked exactly like the Highland Pebbles at a third of the price, but presumably come with lots of added Zen.
Africa comes in today in a fetching shade of purple.
