Loch Nam Partien
This morning we walked up to the top of the mountain I mentioned yesterday. This is the view as you reach the loch, Loch Nam Partien (not completely sure about the spelling).
There is a "Golden Challenge" to run from the corner of Kinlochmoidart House to the boathouse next to the loch and back, which my Great Uncle has done in about 32 minutes. It took us an hour and a half to just walk up the mountain, so I don't think I'll attempt to run it any time soon!
We went to church in Acharacle, the nearest village, after lunch. I always feel a little out of place in small traditional churches because I hardly know any of the hymns! It was nice talking to some of the locals, though.
Helen and I cooked fajhitas and apple crumble for dinner this evening, which seemed to go down well, and thankfully wasn't too stressful to cook!
