Before the heat...

of the day, our daughter, son-in-law and Grands invited us to go on a bike ride with them...they even borrowed bikes and helmets for us. First time for me in about 20 years...so it was very nice to know I can still do it. It was a great way to spend the morning...our daughter is my guest blipper for the day. Thanks kids!
