Back about 8 years ago, I saw a few pictures of kittens taken with a fisheye lens on the internet. They were so great that I couldn't take it, and I dreamed of taking pictures of kittens with fisheye lenses.

I had largely forgotten about that dream, but this picture - of our 20-year-old cat taken with a rectilinear lens - is my tribute to it. Sort of a weird dream come true.
