9/11 Tribute

The neighborhood came out today to hear a few people speak. The woman in yellow was way up high in the 2nd tower of the Twin Towers and the man in the uniform is a retired fireman, and the man in a blue shirt is a Vietnam war veteran. Many tears were shed today.

It is so wonderful to see that ten years later we are still honoring our fallen brave and innocent lives that were lost on September 11th, 2001.

It was poignant, solemn, and a first for them both: President Barack Obama and former President George Bush, side-by-side, at site of the former World Trade Center towers. "An attack on one is an attack on all." -- NATO Secretary-General Lord Robertson, Sept. 12.
