Poached Eggs

A day of chores and tidying up chez Lif. Windows washed, nooks and crannies defluffed and a layer of dirt removed. Which is always a good thing.

Come lunchtime I remembered Dogwithnobrains blip during the week and her helpful advice on how to do a poached egg. I cannot do the hot water thing and our poaching pan results in bullets so I decided to give it a go. Et voila. Perfectly runny and very dippy :) The power of blip :)

Thank you Dogwithnobrain - probably the only other person on here (that I know of) who wore a purple blazer with gold braid and enjoyed the walks home from school over the golf courses (and many other nefarious unspeakable deeds too!)

Time to batten down the hatches....its getting a wee bit stormy out there
