Dyrham House
Today we took our friend Pete to Dyrham House. As part of the 50th anniversary of being a National Trust property, the Avon branch of the Morris Minor Owners Club where invited to hold their rally there and as Pete has a " thing " about them, like me, we arranged to take him over to have a look.
It was our 3rd visit to Dyrham, but for one reason or another we had never been inside the house, other than a quick peek at the servants area, so using a free pass for a visitor that we were given on a previous visit, we all trooped around the other parts of the house that are now open for viewing.
This shot was taken as Sav and Pete were reading the info on how the automated spit was invented in the Victorian kitchen.
