Such a true statement hangs in my kitchen with my lovely baby mug collection.
Had a good Saturday clearing rubbish at the allotment with a hugh bonfire. There is something so satisfying watching the flames roar and crack and then going home smelling of smoke!
I didn't need to worry about putting the fire out as the torrential downpour at 5pm sorted that and soaked me to my undies in 30 seconds!
Good company and cottage pie soon warmed me up!
