The courgettes have finally produced two specimens worthy of the pan.

The rain and wind are lashing the poor shed, now storm protected with a piece of bed frame.

The windows of the shed are taped up - though there is little hope they will hold the panes in place.

The wasps are still crowding round the base of the wilted potato stems in their droves.

The radio still sounds better played in a shed.
