10 Years On

I've spent the last hour watching a 10 year anniversary special on 9/11.

I find it hard to believe that is has been 10 years since that disasterous day, i can remember so vividly waking up to the news coverage, i was 14.

10 years on and i've stood in the very place where those towers stood, seen the partially completed memorial gardens that honour the thousands of lives lost that day.

And now we are still fighting the war that started that day, my brave cousin is one of the thousands doing so. I hope that he is safe and well over there today of all days.
