This Japanese woman asked me to take her photograph standing next to the Australian garden exhibit in the grounds of the British Museum. So I did a blip pic of her.

It looks like a very ordinary tourist photo until I thought about the different cultures involved , especially on the eve of 9/11.

She is from Japan, the exhibition is on Australian landscape, its taking place in London. I come from Wales but live in Scotland.
For a brief moment in time we all come together.
