Old codgers

This is Alf, Joe and Stan. I took this in 1952 with my first colour camera ;)

Clearly I'm kidding. Alfie had two friends over today (Joe and Stan), they went for a kick about and gave those new super orange boots a good wearing in.

Of course they then came home and are now playing a much more virtual sort of football on the playstation.

I've always found it funny how these, what my generation would think are old names have come back and how lovely they are. I wonder if they'll give their sons names like. Gene, Kevin or Lee....

I hope your weekend is going well. I'm about to get the BBQ on to make the old boys their lunch then time for the grand prix.
