The original?

The town hall tower and the centre of Kinross at Parliament Square. I don't think there ever was a parliament here, but the name remains.
The Perth and Kinross council are intent on selling off the building to developers even though it was left to the community ownership. The local council has fought long and hard to deny them, but as always the big guns win.
It is a lovely tower, although something of a Folly and I hope they keep it unmolested.
