Firstly, I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to look and comment on my 200th blip yesterday and getting me to my 2nd spotlight page, you are all stars.

Also it appears many of you blippers have not had the pleasure of devouring a Welsh cake, let me tell you, you are missing out on a treat. But don't go rushing to Tesco to buy the pre packed ones, (yes they do sell them around the country, I saw some in Cornwall) Make your own, they are so easy, and I mean really easy. Just ask Delia, she knows everything and you don't need a bakestone, you can use a large frying pan.
