Tomato and Apple Chutney !

I am being creative today, and making
chutney, I have swayed from the recipe
slightly and added chillies and cayenne
pepper, cos in this hoose we like it hot !!!
The apples, tomatoes and chillies all home
grown, I feel smug now :-)
We had torrential rain in the early hours
this morning, but it has cleared up and
the midges and flying ickies are out, so
the Swallows are happy, they are getting
ready to depart to warmer climes, don't
blame them wish I could too.
It was so nice to see that Dino got the
spotlight yesterday, he is such a sweetie.
Not much happening here today, probably
go for a long walk later.
