Latitude 9

Latitude 9 is a funky cafe in North Fremantle where we had cofffee this morning - before being blasted out by the loud music.

It seems to be a thing around Fremantle cafes that early morning coffee patrons need to have loud music while they read the paper, but I suspect it is more to do with the complacent attitude of staff and owners than customers.
