Young Driver

I have the great good fortune of having my grandson Sebastian all to myself for 2 days. We went out to the Red Barn for lunch and a look around the animal park.

Sebastian had a wonderful time communing with ducks, chooks, donkeys, sheep and goats, as well as rocks, blades of grass and sandflies. He loves animals and was delighted by it all, but his favourite moment was when he got to 'drive' the old Massey Fergusson.

It doesn't seem to matter how 'gender free' we try to bring them up - the average boy just loves things with wheels and steering wheels.
