A Celebration snail

Another emergency blip - I really must try harder! No photos taken by 10pm and my neighbours had brought over a huge tub of chocs so I decided to be creative. It started out as just a spiral and then I decided to turn it into a snail - it was very fortunate that there were only 2 Galaxy's left for it's feelers - can't think what happened to the others ;-)

I've had such a busy day today and finally tackled my filing pile. After filing away most of that mountain I had some dinner and then headed into town for a quick whiz around. I then decided I'd got enough time to go to another shop for some gum shields for the two elder boys and then really pushed my luck by grabbing a bit of food shopping. After all that the traffic was diabolical and I ended up being late for the school run!

This evening has been just as busy with my youngest at footy training, my middle son at scouts and me and my eldest son went swimming. I managed another 100 lengths and I could have done more but my son wanted to go. I felt great afterwards and feel that all the exercise I've been doing lately is definitely paying off even though I haven't lost any weight! We then popped over to see my dad. Thanks for all your good wishes. He's doing fine and is not even in that much pain. He's coped really well today by himself but is coming to us tomorrow for some company. I think he's spent most of the day with sport on the tv - this came at an excellent time for him as he loves rugby!
