Lynn's Photo Fun

OLD vs NEW

Today is my 365th picture. Blipfoto puts significance on this number of shots. They asked me to "put together a story of your experience of using Blipfoto and taking 365 pictures. We would send this to your local media." So I did and soon I will be famous. haha. I do want to thank the 3-8 people who visit my photos each day. Sure I want 150 views each day, but I don't let it stop me from daily shoots.

Here are 2 cameras..the old Rolleiflex produced between 1939 to 1944 (estimate), and my current Canon camera EOS T2i is a lot easier then this old German twin lens reflex camera.
The Rolleiflex is an interesting camera, I've never seen it work and don't remember how I got it.
The Rolleiflex TLR film cameras were notable for their exceptional build quality, compact size, modest weight, superior optics, durable, simple, reliable mechanics and bright viewfinders. They were popular and widely imitated. The high-quality 7.5cm focal length lenses, manufactured by Zeiss and Schneider, allowed for a smaller, lighter, more compact camera.
