Skipped

In a bit to get fit I thought I would give skipping a go. Cheap, can do it in the garden, can nearly collapse of heart failure 'cause its so damned hard.
My goodness I don't remember being near collapsing point last time I skipped, well I suppose it was over twenty years ago.
I don't think my neighbour Tommy had seen anything quite as amusing for some time.
I think I will try five minutes tomorrow instead of my over ambitious fifteen today.
