Up in the air .............. nearly

Not quite George Clooney in the movie Up in the Air. Well, nowhere near George Clooney in any way, shape or form really (more's the pity).

Just clearing some redundant stuff out in prep for going on holiday tomorrow. The days of needing these bits of travel plastic are now well and truly over. Its holiday flights and not business flights nowadays. London first then out of Heathrow for a couple of weeks to a warmer climate. Not sure if I'll be able to blip whilst away - will need to see what the internet connections are like.

Anyhow, Behr (our Bernese Mountain Dog) has just been delivered to his pal Murphy's owners for his hols. Daughter is already packed so Mrs S and I are off to pour a glass of whisky to help the decisions about what gets packed into the suitcases and what gets left behind. My suitcase will of course be lighter than Mrs S's (just like George Clooney's suitcase packing skills - ha ha! )
