Went horse-riding after work and had planned to go for a swim afterwards - as my watch stopped when riding I was too late and the swimming-pool closed. My body was relieved not to have to do more exercise after the last two days long cycle tours...
Try to get to bed early today. Went outside for a small break in the afternoon and fell asleep lying on the grass in the sun straight away. Guess I need more rest...
